The most effective cooling comes from within

Chip flow problems - apparently blown off!

Cooling takes place by means of air that directly comes
out of the swarf chamber and blows the chips off as soon
as they are cut - the tool can no longer carry them along
with it.

The new technology of internal cooling in addition significantly
minimum heat generated by the drive and machine tool
counter supports. Internal cooling works most effectively because this well-conceived engineering design inside the tool control the air flow such that the air is only at the area of operations - exactly where the air is needed.

The benefits are easy to see:

  • More direct cooling of the tool
  • Improvement of the workpiece surface
  • Optimized chip evacuation when dry machining
